Wait time
Proposed terms: 60 minutes after landing for international arrivals, 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, and 15 minutes for other pickups. Additional time billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.
Quotes and reservations
Sending a WhatsApp draft is a request for a quote. It does not reserve a vehicle. A reservation begins only after the operator confirms vehicle class, pickup details, fare and any conditions in writing. The 10% first-ride offer is subject to confirmation on your first eligible booking and is applied to the quoted ride, not as an automatic checkout deduction.
Service terms to confirm
Flights & meeting
Provide the airline and flight number. Curbside pickup is the base option. Inside-terminal meet-and-greet can be requested for an estimated $25–40 extra.
Cancellation
Proposed terms: free up to 4 hours ahead for sedans/SUVs and 24 hours for Sprinters; within that window, 50% of the fare; no-show, full fare.
Child seats & payment
Request a rear-facing, forward-facing or booster seat in advance. Major cards are accepted; confirm corporate invoicing in your written agreement.
