Executive black sedan for Manhattan trips
Choose a sedan for one to three people and modest luggage. For four or more large suitcases, ask for a full-size SUV. Lincoln MKT and Town Car stretch limousines are available on request with a four-hour minimum; they are a separate vehicle type.
Models to request: Mercedes-Benz E-Class or S-Class, BMW 5 Series or 7 Series, Lincoln, Cadillac, Lexus, Volvo, Genesis and Audi. Models are examples within the class and are subject to availability.
What to disclose: passengers, large bags, carry-ons and any child seats. A child seat needs advance confirmation. Ask whether airport meet-and-greet, flight waiting, tolls and gratuity are included in your specific quote.
When to move up a class: choose an SUV over a sedan for more luggage; choose a Sprinter for larger groups. A minivan may be a better-value choice for family luggage.
